What services and treatments can I offer with a medical director?
Licensed Estheticians may offer

• Medium depth chemical peels – often used for aging skin, pigment, acne, etc.

• Medical-grade products for in-house use or retail sale

• Deeper depth microneedling* that breaks the skin – treatment of scarring, stretch marks

(*Microneedling in general does not require a medical director, but if you break the skin, you should have one.)

When you work with a medical director you can offer "Medical Aesthetics" (though there is no legal definition) and elevate your income, results, and client satisfaction.  You may think it would be difficult, intimidating or expensive to work with a medical director, but actually it can be easy and totally affordable - you can make enough profit from one medical peel to pay a the monthly charge.
